Introducing Our Group Exercise & Strength and Conditioning Classes!
At Central West Allied Health, we’re excited to introduce our new Group Exercise and Strength & Conditioning classes, designed to develop full body strength, balance, mobility, and overall wellbeing our rural community.
These classes are led by our experienced allied health professionals and are tailored to suit a wide range of abilities, from beginners through to those looking to build strength & balance, improve fitness, or support rehabilitation. With a strong focus on safe, evidence-based practice, our sessions are designed to help you move with confidence and achieve your personal goals.
Our group environment offers more than just exercise - it provides a supportive and welcoming space where participants can stay motivated, build connections, and enjoy being active together.
Whether you’re managing a chronic condition, returning from injury, or simply wanting to improve your strength and fitness, our team is here to guide and support you every step of the way.

About Central West Allied Health
Booking & Cancellation Policy
At Central West Allied Health, we understand that life can be unpredictable and sometimes things come up that make it difficult to attend your appointment.
We know your time is valuable, and we’re committed to making your experience with us as smooth as possible. To secure your appointment, we require a 25% booking deposit, allowing us to set aside dedicated time just for you.
We believe your health is important, and making time for your treatment is a valuable part of that. Keeping your scheduled appointments helps you get the most out of your care and supports ongoing progress.
To help us support all of our clients and keep appointments running smoothly, we kindly ask that you provide at least 6 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer your appointment time to someone else who may be waiting.
If sufficient notice is provided, your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment time. Cancellations made with less than the required notice will result in the deposit being non-refundable.
